Dr. Sarah Davis is a graduate of Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
She is a second-career veterinarian, having completed her bachelor’s degree in violin performance at the Conservatory of Music in Geneva, Switzerland. In the final year of her undergraduate degree, she adopted her dog Jasper, where her passion for the human-animal bond flourished. Sarah went on to complete her post-baccalaureate in pre-veterinary studies at the University of Vermont and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University. Sarah was honored to receive the Excellence in Dentistry Award at graduation, awarded to a fourth-year student for displaying excellent knowledge, initiative, client communication, and clinical skills in dentistry.
Dr. Davis is passionate about supporting the community through preventive medicine and aspires to work towards her American Board of Veterinary Practitioners Certification in Canine and Feline Practice over the coming years.
Sarah fell in love with the North Carolina mountains and the Brevard community after completing an externship at Brevard Animal Hospital during veterinary school. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys horseback riding, reading, trail running, fly fishing, and hiking with her spouse and their two dogs, Jasper and Cooper.
